Responsibilities
- Build our community by encouraging community contributions, discovering community issues and opportunities.
- Identify and maintain relationships with key community members and developers.
- Communicate with the community through email, chat, online forums, blogs and websites on game-related topics
- Plan and run physical developer events
- Obtain speaking positions and panels for the business team
- Be the face, both online and offline, of Heyzap to users
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent
- Previous online community management experience
- Previous event planning and production experience
- Uncover user problems with a detective-like ability
- Friendly and open attitude
- Excellent email etiquette
- Microsoft Office abilities
- Google docs, spreadsheets, calendars
- Outstanding problem solving abilities
- Knowledge of web or mobile gaming
- Team player
- The ability to go above and beyond the required task
